• Here we are! It's time to write your personal mission statement.
• This is a challenging step, because you must weave together a number of seemingly disparate strands into one very strong tapestry.
• Your goal in building this plan is to play to your strengths by aiming them at opportunities that will support your vision.

• Think about 3 major themes: what the League does for you, what you do for the League, and what the League does for the community.
• Think about why you joined JLW. What are your personal goals?
• Think about your vision statement. How can you achieve that vision?
