- 1DeltoidSeparated into three sections, the anterior, middle and posterior fibers. This muscle attaches to the clavicle, scapula and humerus.
- 2BrachialisThis muscle attaches from the front of the humerus to the tuberosity on the front of the ulna. Located in the deep layer, it is located underneath the biceps.
- 3Biceps BrachiiThis muscle is located in the superficial layer on the front of the humerus. It is split into two heads: long and short. Both heads travel up under the deltoid and attach to the scapula via tendons.
- 4TricepsThis muscle is separated into three muscles: the long head, the lateral head, and the medial head. The long and lateral head are located in the superficial layer while the medial head is located in the deep layer.
