  10. 10Why might the General Ledger not match the balance sheet or Cash Flow?- If the reversal of an item does not fall within the same date range, there will be a difference between the reports.
    - Client will want to locate the reverse item and date it back to the same date or remember to run GL with reversed transactions.
  11. 11Soft Close Journal Entry- At the end of each property’s fiscal year, AppFolio uses this transaction to automatically zeroe out the balance in each property’s Income & Expense GL accounts
    - Can never view or directly edit this Journal Entry.
  12. 12General Ledger will not carry....- expenses from one year to another

Items which may not impact something included on cash flow but impact operating cash
    Ex. Owner Distribution/Contribution
  18. 18Amt./R total on Aged Receivable Detail & Acct./R line on balance should match. Why?Aged Receivable Detail shows total amount of open charges in “Amount Receivable” Column
