- 11) AIA Doc A201 Gen Conds of the Contract for Const., for use on a Sustainable Project is sim. to: 2) ^ this doc should be used w/ other sus. project docs including:1) the standard Gen. Conds but modified w/ reqs for a sustainable project
2) B101 SP owner-arch agrmt, A101 SP owner-contractor agrmt, C401 SP arch-consultant agrmt, D503, Appendix F, Ex of a Sustainability Plan - 21) A201 SP Sec 1.1 includes definitions of terms pertaining to a sus. project like: 2-3) A201 SP Article 2 (in addition to the standard A201) says the owner must:1) sustainable measure & certifying authority
2) perform the sus. measures specd in the sus. plan to be the owners responsibility
3) comply w/ the reqs of the certifying authority as they relate to the ownership, operation, & maintenance of the project - 3- A201 SP Article 3 says in addition to the standard A201 contractor responsibilities: 1) the contractor must perform any sus. measures specd in the sus. plan that is: 2) if the owner or arch recognizes a cond. that will affect the achievement of a sus. measure, the contractor must:1) to be the contractors responsibility
2) meet w/ the owner & arch to discuss alts & remedy the cond. - 43) the contractor is not reqd to ascertain the contract docs are in accordance w/ the reqs of the certifying authority, but if: 4) if a contractor wants to make a substitution, they must include a: 5) the contractor must complete any sus. docs reqd by the sus. plan or oth contract docs, this may include:3) the contractor becomes aware of such conds, they must notify the arch
4) written description identifying any potential effect the sub. may have on the projects achievement of a sus. measure or objective
5) docs that must be submitted after substantial completion - 56) for const. waste mgmt, the contractor must: 6a) as part of this ^ req. the contractor must prepare:6) recycle, reuse, remove, or dispose of mat.s as reqd by the contract doc
6a) a const. waste mgmt & disposal plan & submit it to owner & arch
