Teacher is able to find the solution of any problem. When teacher can reflect it's more likely to produce new understading and an innovative teaching.

Teacher's reflective process id difficult because it envolves both acquisition of practical knowledge and skills. Teachers need skills like critical thought and problem solving. Teachers become more open minded and able to share their experiences with others improving their teaching practice.
