The agave is cut into pieces and cooked in agave ovens with steam.

The cooked agave is milled to remove the juice and is mixed with sugar syrup.

The liquid is fermented then distilled.

The liquid is stored in a tank

The liquid is aged in oak barrels

A porpotion of both tequilas are blended in a tank and oak extract and caramel color are added

The tequila is filtered and reduced to bottling strength with demineralized water.
