Open NALD Excel database (obtained from regulator)
Remove duplicates. (reduces aggregated licences to a single entry)
Remove all outside search area
Remove all not close enough to major road
Remove any undesired aquifer units
Remove all licences under required volume
Remove any unwanted primary categories
Remove any unwanted secondary categories
Display long-list as table and as map
Review initial screened results.
Continue to second screening phase
