1. Control Charts

   • Used to distinguish due variations to assignable or special causes from random variations
     • Where Is It Used?
       • Diagnosis
         • To evaluate the stability of a process.
       • Control
         • Determines when a process needs to be adjusted and when it should be left as it stands.
       • Confirmation
         • Confirm the improvement of a process.

2. Pareto Chart

   • Graphic technique that consists of highlighting the most important problems
     • For what do you use it?
       • Set priorities to know how to act and where to start

3. Histogram

   • Distribution of data sets, is given by bar graphs and allows to identify the trend of data
     • Where Is It Used?
       • Used when studying a continuous variable
     • What is it for?
       • Shows the accumulation or trend, the variability or dispersion and the shape of the distribution

4. Dispersion Diagram

   • A graphical tool that allows us to analyze two variables
     • What is it for?
       • Determines if there is a relationship between the variables: correlation
   • Types of Diagram
     • weak negative correlation
       • Increase more Y than X
     • Complex relationship
       • Indifferent variables
     • no relationship
     • high positive correlation
       • Directly proportional
     • low positive correlation
       • Increases faster than the other variable (X than Y)
     • strong negative correlation
       • Inversely proportional
