     • ps: The house is cleaned every day
     • pc: The house is being cleanedn at the moment.
     • sp: The house was cleaned yesterday.
     • past c: The house was being cleanedlast week.
     • present perfect: The house as been cleaned since you left.
     • past perfect: The house had been cleaned before they arrived.
     • future: The house will be cleaned next week.
     • Future continuous: The house will be being cleaned tomorrow.
     • Present conditional: The house would be cleaned if they had visitors.
     • Past conditional: The house would have been cleaned if it had been dirty.
     • Inifinitivo: The house must be cleaned before we arrive.
   • The basic structure of a passive clause
     • subject+auxiliary verb be+(NOT)+main verb past participle
   • passive voice have the following uses
     • when the agent is unknown, unimportant or implied.
       • example
         • Exactly how the accounts had been falsified is still not clear.
     • when the agent has already been referred to.
       • example
         • The judge ruled in favour of the plaintiff, who was awared substancial damages.
