         • Cloud minimises of files being destroyed
           • Increases efficiency
             • Collaboration is quite easy
           • Offers you amazing security
       • What is cloud computing?
         • Cloud is where you can store data and files
       • Could lose some of your personal data
         • Need to access internet
         • Not always compatible with other programs

2. File management.

   • Where do we save files?
     • In cloud where they do not get lost
