1. Geometric Sequence

   • Definition: A sequence in which the ratio between any term and its previous term is constant

   • Definition: A sequence in which the difference between any term and its previous term is constant

     • Definition: A series written in a compact form

4. Infinite and Finite Series (Geometric)

   • Infinite
     • Partial Sums: the sum of only part of the numbers of a series, starting with the first term
     • A sequence without a last term
     • When the partial sums of an infinite series has a limit, then the limit is the sum of the series
   • Finite
     • A sequence with a last term
   • Series: When terms of a sequence are added; the indicated sum of the terms
   • To find the sum of a geometric series
