7. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS APORTANTES

   • Conformar equipo investigados
     • Investigar Inc Y Acci dentro de los 15 dias de ocurrido evento
       • Tener metodologia para recojer investigacion
         • Muerte de trabajador
           • OBLIGACION FORMATO ARL
           • Registro de Investigacion en formato
             • Implementar acciones correctivas
               • Recomendaciones
               • Proveer los recursos y Bienes ajustar cronograma
                 • Implementar Registro de Seguimiento
                   • Establecer indicadores de control y seguimiento
                     • Remitir a la ARL informe
                       • Firmado por el Empleador
                       • Llevar los archivos de investigaciones y planes de accion
