   • ways this can be done
     • multi factor authentication
     • system & network monitoring
     • regular system backups
     • physical access security (E.G locks)
     • encryption of personal data
   • data protection legislation doesnt allow personal data to be transferred outside the EU unless less the country has strong data protection legislation

3. features of cloud computing

   • access rights
     • the files can be accessed by a team of individuals while working in completely different locations
     • Files stored on cloud storage can have their access rights altered so that the files can be shared between multiple users.
     • work collaboratively on a document with co-workers working from home.
