Standards for students IDEAS

1. Empowered learner

   • Student use technology to demonstrate what they learned by making summaries or assignments online.

2. Digital citizen

   • Students investigate the appropiatie behavior to use when interacting online.
   • Students get informed about how their personal information is used when they are online.

3. Knowledge constructor

   • Before getting information of a source, students are required to evaluate their accuracy.
   • Students explore real-world issues and problems. They look for solutions in order to give a meaningful presentation.

4. Innovative designer

   • Students are given a problem and a variety of digital tools. They have to be able to select which tool will be useful to solve it.
   • When a digital tool does not work, students do not get frustrated, but they are able to seek a solution.

5. computational thinker

   • When students find a problem, they are able to test the automated solutions.

6. Creative communicator

   • If students are dealing with a complex topic, the are able to use technology in order to organize it.
   • When students need to communicate a message for children or adults, they are able modify and find the right tools to fit the audience.

7. Global Collaborator

   • Students use technology to learn from other cultures and chat with other student's from different background. They report their findings in the classroom,
