1. ICT

   • Resources for reading and learning
     • I research blogs about design and animation to gain more knowledge and reinforce what I already know.
   • Resources for listening and visual comprehension
     • I watch videos of the process of making animated films and short films to get inspiration, and I also watch videos that explain how to use software so that I can progress and make animations more quickly.
   • Creation and organization tools
     • To practice what I have learned and avoid forgetting it, I use the Quizlet website and create mini-quizzes so that the information stays in my mind.

2. Learning Strategies

   • Self-directed learning
     • When I am assigned a new task, I first do my own research to understand the context and best practices.
   • Practice-based learning
     • I apply what I learn directly in the animation program, which helps me retain the information.

3. Application in the Workplace

   • Problem solving
     • When I face a challenge, I communicate with a senior colleague or do research on the internet.
   • Skill improvement
     • By using my PLE, I have improved my report writing and presentation skills.
   • Adapting to new technologies
     • I am always ready to try and adopt new tools or programs that can optimize my workflow, as my PLE has accustomed me to this type of continuous learning.
   • Innovation
     • My PLE allows me to connect ideas and concepts from different fields, which has helped me to propose more creative and original approaches in my work.
