   • List of thing, generally numbers, that are in a determined order
     • Finite sequence
       • has an end
     • Infinite sequence
       • never ends
     • Decreasing sequence
       • Each term is less or equal to the previous one
     • Growing sequence
       • Each term is greater or equal to the previous one
     • Alternant sequence

     • General term
       • Formula that gives the the value of any term depending on its position in the sequence
