   • Natural language interface
     • It will allow user interaction in natural language
   • Question and answer interfaces
     • It presents a question to the user, the user answers and you can continue with the next question.
   • Interfaces with menu
     • Presents a series of options to the user and depending on your choice are choosing the action is executed
   • Interfaces with input and output forms
     • assimilate printed forms normally used by the user
