     • METHOD
       • 1. Swab inside cheek with disposable swab.
         • 2. Transfer the sample to the slide with a drop of water.
           • 3. Apply the cover slip (45º) and examine it.
             • Stained

                 • 2. Transfer the sample to the slide.
                   • 3. Cover it with a drop of methylene blue solution.
                     • 4. Apply the cover slip (45º) and examine it.

   • EXAMINE A PLANT CELL
     • METHOD
       • Unstained
         • 3. Apply the coverslip and examine.
           • 1. Separate 2 fleshy leaves and peel off the epidermis between them.
             • 2. Put the piece into water on the slide.
         • Stained
           • 3. Apply the coverslip and examine.
             • 2. Put the piece in the slide with iodine solution.
               • 1. Separate 2 fleshy leaves and peel off the epidermis between them.
