2. Use varied resources in line with consistently implemented whole school policy. Resources deployed facilitate differentiated learning, i.e. existing prior knowledge, interest, natural aptitudes, learning styles etc. Teacher in facilitator role - student centered learning (challenge and support), i.e. focus on students’ ability to apply critical thinking and analytical. Evolve as society changes, i.e. recognise and meet additional needs in line with current educational research including STEM needs on a national level. Celebrate inclusionary practices in line with policy on macro level, i.e. recognition of SEN/AEN amongst student cohort.
