1. Present continuous

   • Form
     • am + is + are + being + past participle
       • Using
         • When you talk about something is under process or under construction
           • Examples
             • 1- The new school is being built now. 2- The papers are being typed.

2. Present perfect simple

   • Form
     • have/has + been + past participle
       • Using
         • When you talk about something in the past recently (not a long time ago) or has a relationship or effect in the present
           • Examples
             • 1- The room has been decorated. 2- The project hasn’t been prepared yet.
