    1. Multiplying
      1. Multiplying by a decimal smaller than 1 will make the number smaller
      2. Addition
        1. Similar to normal addition
        2. Division
          1. Dividing by a decimal will make the number larger

            1. Similar to normal subtraction
            2. 10th,100ths,1000ths...
              1. Lay out onto of each other with correct place holders
                1. Ignore the decimal point then add back in

                    1. Don't need to change the denominator if multiplying 2 fractions

                      1. Need to have the same denominator if adding 2 fractions
