   • 9 institution of state of Jammu and Kashmir
     • consist of postgraduate and undergraduate student from engineering program and other branch of engineering
   • methodology
     • using questioners with 2 survey instrument
       • existing use of basic ICT tools in engineering classroom and laboratories
       • use of web based training tools currently used by the faculty member
   • result
     • convert into percentage

4. discussion

   • ICT and e-Learning is needed to improve efficiency of engineering education
   • ICT is not apply moderately because it still in very early stage of adaption
   • implement ICT may be take a more time and challenge
