1. Virus: This is a program that installs itself on the computer without the user's consent with the aim of causing harm. It can indfectother computers, that's why it is consideredthe riskiest.

   • Hacker. These are expert computer criminals, who are only looking for an intellectual challenge.They don't necessary cause harm, they can create security too. There are the known as Black Hackers who attack internet for money.

2. Keylogger: This is a type of software that attemps to obtain the memory. It can be used for spying, as irt can obtain passwords.

   • Pharming: Ths practice involves redirecting a domain name to as diffeent computer, so that the user who enters URL goes to attacking website. This can replace a bank website to obtain the password.

3. Worm. This is a malware whose purpose is to flood the system memory by reproducing itself.

   • Spam: These are e-mails that flood the network in order to advertise products, sometimes of dobious legality, so the recipiets buy them.

4. Spyware: Not all spyware is malware. Spyware programs wih malicious code are basically trojans, adware and hijacker.

   • Crackers: These are people who try and change how a comercial program works or produce applications to obtain valid serial numbers in these types of programs in order to use them without a licence.
   • Trojan: this is a type of virus that contains instructions, camoufalged i another program, whose purpose is to destroy or gather information saved on disk.
     • Hoaxes:These are chain e-mails started by companies to gather e-mail adresses from large number of users and then carry out mailing, which is also considered spam. These are for companies to obtain a lot of e-mails accounts.
   • Adware: Adware is advrtising included in programs that appears after intalation. Some of this comes with shareware or freeware lcences.
     • Cookies: This are text files thart are saved to the computer by the browser when we visit a website. This are not considered malicious spyware, though when you enter for second time into a webpage with cookies you might recive a customized message or similar things.
   • Hijackers: These are programs that hijack other programst to use their rights or change their behaviour. the most common case is a browser attack, changing the home page and redirecting search pages without the user´s consent.
