1. What is personal data?

   • Is any information concerning to identified or identifiable physical people.
   • Are: The name and surnames, home, the DNI number, telephone number, social security number, image, voice, health data, financial data, labor data, biometric data, genetic information, mail address, IP addresses and the vehicles registration.

2. Is important to protect the data because it says who are you and if a person knows it, he can harm you.

3. There are some data that are very important and are more protected.

   • Data of younger 14 people are under the control of their parents.
   • Ethnic racial, political opinion, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs and health and sexual data.
   • There are a lot of ways to collect the data, verbally, written...

4. The personal data have to be secret and all the people that knows it can´t say it to anyone.

   • All the people that wants to know my personal data have to ask me.

5. OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

   • Right of information
     • To register the personal data they have to ask you before.
   • Right of access
     • You have to know all about your personal data and the people that knows it.
   • Right of rectification
     • When my personal data are not completed you can modify it.
   • Right of opposition
     • You can do what you want with your personal data.
   • Right of cancellation
     • You can suppress your personal data when they are unsuitable.
   • If someone don´t respect your personal data you have to call the responsible of it or the AEPD.
   • Obligations
     • To be cautious and use the common sense with the personal data.
     • Ask if you are going to upload a photo of someone.
     • Know about the person who you are going to share your personal data.
     • Have security measures with your personal data.
     • Respect each other

6. Risks online

   • In the social networks, e-mails, chats, searchers and in smartphones.
   • You have to be careful with all the information that you upload online, conversations, photos... because it can harm you in the future.
