   • IWB- white screen that's interactive with use of a special pen
   • CAL= learn skill via computer via interactive learning software
   • VLE= software system that supports online learning.
   • Application software= present work , spreadsheets, databases
   • Distance learning = studying for qualification at home
   • Online tutorials= interent provides online tutorials eg bbc bitesize

3. Learning devices

   • desktop environments= customizes settings for those with visual imparments
   • Braille keyboard- input device for the blind with the braille language
   • voice recognition= people with difficulty speech-text or text-speech
   • concept keyboards= touch sensitive keyboards that helped people to put in data
