1. Solicitation: The idea to bring a weapon onto a train and steal peoples belongings.

   • Furtherance: Proceeded to make his idea a reality and corner out people on the train and quietly ask them for their money and other accessories.
     • The suspect Mr. Anderson continued to act hanes towards people on the train even after getting confront by the person who would eventually stop him.
       • After the hero of the story LaPierre, ask the suspect nicely to put down the weapon, the suspect continued to commit another crime. He assulted the man who was trying to help and they got into a physical altercation.
         • Conclusion/Faliure: The suspect failed to commit his crime without atracting attention. He also failed to escape or make a run for it when given the opportunity. He could not fight better the LaPierre.
