1. 1) INITIALING

   • Iniitiating the Project (Start)
     • Project Approved, Determinate the Business Case (Scope, Time, Cost, etc.)
     • The project was approved, PM determine whether the Bussines Case can be met

2. 2) PLANNING

   • Planning the Project (Plan)
     • PM Create the Plan, how the PM will do Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing
     • PM Create the Plan, how the PM will do Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing

3. 3) EXECUTING

   • Executing the Project (Do)
     • The Team Completes the work according  the process and procedures detailed in the Project managemnt plan
     • The Team completes the work according processess & procedures into the Project Management plan

4. 4) MONITORING & CONTROLLING)

   • Monitoring and Controlling the Project (Check & Act)
     • While the work is being done, the results are fed in Monitoring and Controling, as Base Line
     • While the work is being done, the results are fed in Monitoring and Controlling, as Base Line, Changes also considered in this process group

5. 5) CLOSING

   • Closing the Project (End)
     • The Project finished with the end reports approved
