   • GOOD: they believe the curch is the body of Christ / jesus working in todays world / so it must have the same authority as Christ.
   • GOOD: most christain believes that god speaks through the church.
   • GOOD: the church is guided by god in making decisions on todays moral issue.
   • GOOD: following the guidance of the church stopd Christians from being confused about what to do, and means Christians can be sure they are doing the right thing.
   • GOOD: chatholic Christians believe that the magisterium (the pope and the bishops interpreting the bibe and tradition for catholics today) gives perfect guidance on moral behaviour.
   • BAD: it might not be for a certain situation
   • BAD: people should make decisions for themselves
   • BAD: different churches have different decisions

3. conscience

   • GOOD: the voices of conscience seems to be the same as the voice of god.
   • GOOD: the voice of god
   • GOOD: god speaking directly to individuals and so should be followed.
   • BAD: if Christians follow the teachings of the church they are doing what other Christians think is right.
   • BAD: if everyone followed their conscience rather than laws, there would be chaos as no one would know what sort of behaviour to expect from each other.
