     • At what age they will learn, as children or as adults. Also refers to the amount of time they will spend learning
   • Where?
     • are they acquiring the second language within the cultural and linguistic milieu or focusing in a foreign language
   • Why?
     • Why learners want to learn a new language, to know their purpose.
