Zusammenfassung der Ressource
Evaluating Presentation
- Cross-sectional diagrams
- Line graph showing an estimated
view of what the river bed looks like.
- Advantages: A good view of
each section of the river bed,
shows how the river is
representing the Bradshaw
model.
- Disadvantages: May not have enough results to represent
the river well, some point may be slightly off.
- Bar graphs
- Accurately measured bar to
represent amounts of data
for each section.
- Advantages: Easy view of results, easy to interprut.
- Disadvantages: If the data is a bit off it
could show a false representation.
- Line graphs
- Shows a change of variable over
time using a line going from one
result to another.
- Advantages: Easy to see if the river is
representing Bradshaw's model, cleary
shows the rate of change of the river.
- Disadvantages: If there aren't many results
it would be hard to tell the correlation.
- Proportional circles
- A circle that shows the discharge of
the river from one end to the other.
- Advantages: Clearly shows which one
has a larger discharge, and anomolies.
- Disadvantages: Can't see the exact discharge, circles may be of
a similar size so would be hard to tell which one is bigger.
