Solar fusion

Solar fusion

1. As we, mentioned before, nuclear fusion is the ultimate source of the sun's energt.

2. Fusion is the joining, or fusing of atomic nuclei to form a single nucleus. The proces produces a great deal of energy

3. All stars in the universe are undergoing fusion. Stars initially ignite when gasse compress together due to the force of gravity

4. During this later stage, as star's mass and gravity diminish, stars get very large and are called red giants.

5. Like all stars, our sun emits diferent forms of energy, including the elctromagnetic spectrum. This radiated energy travels to the Earth as waves various sizes.

6. Gamma rays and x-rays travel in short waves. The Earth's atmosphere blocks their path and prevents the Earth's surface.
