   • The crisis is affecting Syria, the countries surrounding Syria, Europe, Australia, America and other countries that are accepting refugees.

4. When did this issue start? Is it ongoing? Is it likely to conclude soon? Why/Why not?

   • This issue started on the 15th of March 2011 in the Arab Spring.
   • Yes, it is ongoing.
   • It may conclude only if Bashar al-Assad and ISIS is deafeated by the Syrian rebels

5. How did the situation in Syria become a humanitarian crisis?

   • Innocent people are suffering due to the civil war

   • Large groups of people are moving from one place to another.
