Rules of the Air

1. Instrument Flight Rules

   • Flying over congested areas
     • No lower than 1,000 ft above the highest obstacle located within 8kms (5nms) of the stimated position of the aircraft.

2. Visual Flight Rules

   • Special VFR Flights
     • Cass E Airspace
       • Special VFR Flights may be authorised to operate locally within a Control Zone when the ground visibility is not less than 1500m, even when the aircraft is not equipped with a functioning radio receiver within CLASS E AIRSPACE.
   • VFR Flight is permitted above FL 200 only with ATC Clearance.
   • In controlled airspace with RVSM applied, the highest permissible flight level for VFR flight is FL 285.
   • Flight over congested areas
     • No lower than 1,000 ft above the highest obstacle located within 8kms (5nms) of the stimated position of the aircraft.

3. Flight Plans

   • Report TAS deviation of 5%
