1. Know how the checks are separated

-Signify separate checks by drawing a line between separate groups to the outer edge of the order sheer

2. Write app, drinks, bar drinks orders on the outer edge of the corresponding box

3. Before pouring your drinks, input all drink orders into the computer. Input app and/or bar drinks as well

4. All orders must be written accurately

5. Write entree orders in capital letters

6. When taking entree orders, ask if customer would like fried or steamed rice

7. For steak order Rare-R, Medium Rare-MR, Medium-M,Medium Well-MW, Well Done- W

8. The only things that should be written in the seat box is what the chef needs to see

9. Any extras or sides need to be written into the seatbox underneath the entree
