Brains Trust
Having a Model/s that are based on metaphors for unit design
Could happen over a longer time frame in order to build community
Constructive development ideas could happen in written form rather than in a synchronous discussion
What have we found out?
Collegial in the right environment
Sharing of work already done
Mix of skills is good
Having someone who is prepared to organise in terms of admin, and meeting chair is helpful
quick appraisal to get another persons eye over it
Have a group of people who sign up to be available and anyone in the uni can put an idea /problem etc to hem and see what constrictive ideas come back
As a way to get people thinking about the process or rethinking about it. A way in!
