Mrs Brown has had damage done to her car through a driver that was speeding while under the influence of drugs and intoxication.

Mrs Brown wants his insurance to pay out but burgen& co are refusing.

We as a firm are working to try and get them to budge but we are afraid we are going to have to take this to court.

Mr Houndswell was driving at approx. 40 mph on the main road connecting Hambleton to knott end, he was hit by a black merc- Benz licence plate N0 F00l. The two men exchanged insurance details and went their separate ways.

The other mans insurance is Black to back insurance.
