1. What does Model mean to you.

   • Do you see a person who has a “beautiful” body
   • Or a physical representation of something bigger.
   • Or a person’s thought process
   • Metal models for our purpose refers to representing something we’re trying to explain.
     • People create mental models really quickly from their previous experiences and predictions of what they will be using will be like. Everyone makes a different mental model. But that can be controlled and changed.
