Types of Placements

Types of Placements

1. Community Placements

   • Work with community partners
   • Serve a specific need
   • Each community partner serves a different population- children, adults, community organizations, etc.
   • If you joined to volunteer in the community, these committees are what you are looking for.

2. In-League Placements

   • If you joined to make friends, these committees are a good opportunity for that.
   • Grow a skill, or try something new
   • Serve the JLW community

3. Fundraising Placements

   • Plan fun and beautiful events
   • If you joined to make friends or serve the community, these committees can meet both goals.
   • Event-based, so you have a "busy season" depending on the time of year
