     • Can be reliable if lots of people use it
   • Disadvantages
     • No guarantee you will get what you want
     • Not always good quality
       • Anyone can change its contents
     • No updates will occur

2. Proprietory Software

   • Advantages
     • Better quality
       • No one can change the info
     • There is a support line in any problems
     • Updates occur frequently
   • Disadvantages
     • Costly
     • Can't modify anythin on it
       • The source code is kept as a trade secret

3. Custom written Software

   • Advantages
     • Always get all the features you want
     • There is a support line if you need it
   • Disadvantages
