The symbol we use to identify the elements of a set is this.

This is an element symbol.

Its called the number of elements or members it contains.

This are sets containing the same elements no matter what order they are placed.

Equivalent sets is sets containing the same cardinality or same number of elements.

It is a set containing all the elements of a smaller set.

Smaller sets formed is called subsets

Set with an exact number of element

Set with an indefinite number of elements

Joint sets are set with common elements.

Disjoint sets are set without common elements.

This symbol is the intersection of two sets that contains all elements that belong to both sets.
