- 1What is a input device?It is where a device sends data to a computer, allowing you to interact and control it.
- 2what is a output device?An output device is any device used to send data from a computer to another device or user.

- 7What is the purpose of the motherboard?The motherboard sends messages to all the components inside the computer.
- 8What is the purpose of the processor?The processor is where all the processes are carried out.
- 9What is the purpose of the RAM?The ram (random access memory is where the computer stores the current task that s being carried out.
- 10What is the purpose of the ROM?Stores a program used to boot up the computer. This is called the bootstrap loader.

- 12What is a repetitive strain injury (RTI) and what causes them?It is damage to the fingers and wrists caused by doing something repetitively for a long amount of time.
- 13What are the causes of back injuries when using a computer?The cause of back injures is poor posture and awkward sitting.
- 14What is eye strain and what is the cause?Eye strain is when you look at something for a long period of time and it damages your eyes. It is caused by staring at a computer.
- 15By law, what do employers have to provide for their employees? (in regards to working with computers)They have to provide backrests, tiltable screens, sutible lighting and frequent breaks.
- 16What is the purpose of Binary?Computers communicate, store and share data using 1's and 0's.
- 17How many bits are in a Binary number?There are 8 bits in Binary.
