- 1—Apply a generous amount of liquid soap into your palm.
- 2—Rub your palms to spread the soap on your hands.
- 3—Interlace the fingers of both hands and move them back and forth.
- 4—Interlock your fingers and rub the back of the hands together.
- 5—Rub both hands in a rotating manner followed by the area between index finger and thumb.
- 6—Rub the fingertips on both palm in rotational manner.
- 7—Rub the wrists of both hand in rotational manner and rinse well.
