Carroll was very specific in how he wanted the illustrations done and it is considered inaccurate to publish anything else.

What kind of animal is this poem about: "How cheerfully he seems to grin, How neatly spread his claws, And welcome little fishes in With gently smiling jaws!" Crocodile.
