We use the Zero Conditional to speak about a condition with its consequence, when they ALWAYS happen.
Both the condition and the consequence are written in Present Simple
EXAMPLES:
If you study, you pass the exam.
If you cut your finger, you bleed.
If you throw the computer through the window, it breaks.
If I go to the gym, I get stronger
