present simple -we use the Simple Present to express the idea that an action is repeated or usual. -we use present simple to talk about: routines,habits, facts,
present continuous we use present continuous to talk about future plans -arrangements
past simple we use to past simple to talk about: -backgrounds events -temporary past actions -interrupted actions
Past Continuous we use the Past Continuous to indicate that a longer action in the past was interrupted. -The interruption is usually a shorter action in the Simple Past.
present perfect We use the Present Perfect to say that an action happened at an unspecified time before now.
present perfect continuous We use the Present Perfect Continuous to show that something started in the past and has continued up until now.
past perfect The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past.
"will" -we use "will" to talk about a future prediction based on a personal viewpoint. Predictions/statements of fact. -Intentions - Arrangements -Scheduled events
"going to" we use "going to" to talk about a future prediction based and strong evidence
