Question Answer
ACCURACY Data needs to be accurate. If it is not accurate, you cannot rely on the info it provides.
RELEVANCE Data must be relevant. If the info does not relate to the topic...it is worthless. Having irrelevant info can be a disadvantage.
AGE Data may be too old. Info changes over time. If the info is from the past, it may not be relevant now.
COMPLETENESS If you only have part of the info, then it is worthless. Data requires a context, structure and meaning for it to have value and be useful.
PRESENTATION If the info is presented in a way that you can't understand or find what you want, it loses value. T can be improved by using different representation methods-picture instead of text.
LEVEL OF DETAIL You can be given too much or too little information. The volume of data determines whether you have enough to make a decision or too much.
