1. GERMAN UNIFICATION ,1871- Second Reich,Unified German state established following...Prussias victory in the franco-Prussian War 1870-71.Unified under Prussian Dominance. Prussian king emperor or Kaiser of Germany. Prussia comprised 65% of the Service area and 62% of Germanys population.Prussia dominated Second Reich.
  1. THE CONSTITUTION- created by Otto Von Bismarck. - Prussian origin,sourght to protect the power of Prussia and the prussian ruling Elite in his contituition,while still allowing an element of demorcracy
    1. THE KAISER- Prussian monarch.Constituition granted him significant powers.Commander-in-chief of army, in charge of forieng policy. Appointed and could dismiss the chancellor & gov minisiters.Could dissolve Reichstag & was president of the Bundersrat.Germany ruled by Kaiser Wilhelm ii from 1888 to 1918. THE CHANCELLOR AND THE MINIISTER-chancellor was responsibile for presenting legislation to parliament
