There are some aspects that we have to evaluate to be a professional development, for example: determine the things would like or have to change in periods of time using a concret step, also, keeping a record of those moments that have helped us to feel satisfied of our own thats means that we have to evaluate our weaknesses and strenghts because this will help to analyze what is going around us, and always be have to be ready for new chalenges and take new opportunities.
