6 Factors in Planning Meals
It was developed to encourage people to improve their diets, replacing the basic three food groups.
The most crucial job of any member of the family.
A list of prepared food available to the family.
One of the functions required before cooking quality meals.
Taking food at one time.
Examples of Meal
A menu that is the easiest to prepare.
Menus that are more complicated to prepare.
An outline of food to be included in each meal.
The MOST IMPORTANT MEAL of the day after a long overnight fast.
Often simple meals but they should be nutritious.
A meal taken between 10 and 11 a.m.. it is usually a combination of breakfast and lunch.
It is the MAIN MEAL of the day it is usually taken around midday or in the evening.
