Solubility is that maximum amount of a substance that can dissolve in a given amount of of solvent at a given temperature/pressure
Saturated vs Unsaturated
A saturated solution contains all the solute it can possibly hold
An unsaturated solution is the opposite: it can dissolve more substance
A supersaturated substance is a solution that holds more than it should
